Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the BizNava app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Amrit Ghimire (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Data You Create

The Application stores data that you create within the app, including:

• Business Information: Your business profile, including business name and currency preferences
• Bookings: Appointment details, including dates, times, services, customers, and payment information
• Clients: Customer contact information, booking history, and spending records
• Services: Your service offerings, pricing, and descriptions
• Packages: Bundled service packages and pricing
• Discounts: Discount configurations you create
• Inquiries: Lead information and inquiry details

How Your Data is Stored

• All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• Data is automatically synced across your devices using iCloud (CloudKit)
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest through iCloud's security measures
• No account registration is required to use the Application

Calendar Access

The Application requests write-only access to your calendar to create events for your bookings. This feature is optional and can be enabled or disabled in the app settings. The Application:

• Only creates calendar events (does not read existing events)
• Only accesses calendars you explicitly grant permission to
• Does not share calendar data with third parties

Subscription Information

If you purchase a BizNava Pro subscription:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store
• We do not have access to your payment information
• Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework
• No payment data is stored by the Application

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Data Sharing

• No third-party sharing: We do not share your data with any third parties
• iCloud: Your data is synced through Apple's iCloud service, which is covered by Apple's privacy policy
• Apple Services: Subscription information is processed by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's privacy policy

Analytics

The Application does not use third-party analytics services or tracking tools.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

To disable calendar access:

• Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → BizNava
• Toggle off calendar access

To disable iCloud sync:

• Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive
• Toggle off iCloud Drive (note: this will affect all apps using iCloud)

Children

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide the following security measures:

• Local Storage: Data is stored securely on your device
• iCloud Encryption: All data synced through iCloud is encrypted in transit and at rest
• No Network Transmission: The Application does not transmit data to external servers (except through iCloud, which is managed by Apple)
• Apple's Security: Subscription and payment data is handled securely by Apple through the App Store

However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete individual items: Delete bookings, clients, services, etc. directly within the app
• Delete all data: Uninstall the app to remove all local data
• iCloud data: To delete data from iCloud, you can disable iCloud Drive for the app or delete the app's data container through iCloud settings

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of January 2025.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.

iCloud Data

When you use iCloud to sync your data:

• Your data is stored in Apple's iCloud servers
• Data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions
• You can manage your iCloud storage and data through your device settings

App Store Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription:

• Transactions are processed by Apple
• Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID account
• You can manage subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
